Clean the potatoes - the peel should not be removed - with a stiff brush or other well suited
equipment. Cut them into eighths, and place them in a heat-resistant dish.
Pour a little oil upon (app. ½ dl), and apply salt and possibly other spices e.g. paprika,
according to your taste.
They should be roasted in the oven at app. 190 °C for about 45 minutes. (if it is a hot-air oven). Reverse them a cuppel of times during the roasting.
